1. Return & Exchange Period: Within 90 Days

You may return items purchased on www.homfurnia.com within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. If the 90-day return window has passed and your product is still under warranty, please contact us for warranty service.

 

2. Terms And Conditions of Return & Refund

  • Only furniture purchased directly from www.homfurnia.com is eligible for return. Homfurnia cannot accept returns of Homfurnia-branded furniture purchased from other retailers or re-sellers (if you purchased from Amazon or Walmart, please contact their customer service directly).
  • The returned furniture must be in brand-new condition, with original packaging and all included accessories.
  • If the furniture has issues caused by quality related damage or wear and tear, please email us with your Order ID and photos or a video showing the problem. We will review your case and provide a solution as soon as possible.

 

3. Terms And Conditions of Warranty

We provide a 24-Month Free Warranty for all furniture purchased from www.homfurnia.com. This warranty begins on the date your order is delivered to your shipping address.

 

4. How To Return An Item?

To return furniture to Homfurnia:

  1. Email us at services@homfurnia.com to request a Return Authorization (RA).
  2. Include your Order ID and the reason for your return or exchange.
  3. All returns require prior authorization, which will be issued via email.

If the furniture meets our Return & Exchange Policies, we will provide you with our return shipping address. Please ship the furniture back within 7 days of receiving our refund confirmation email (usually sent within 24–48 hours).

After shipping, email us the tracking number for your return.

Once we receive the furniture, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.

 

Important Notes:

  • Always contact us first before requesting a return or exchange.
  • Include the following in your email:
  1. Order number
  2. Reason for return or exchange
  3. Photos or video showing that the furniture is in original condition or illustrating any quality-related damage.

 

5. Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to non-quality-related issues (e.g., damage or wear and tear), return shipping fees must be paid by the customer.
  • Please provide the shipping fee receipt, and we will refund the product cost to your original payment account and the return shipping fees to your PayPal account only if the return is due to a quality issue.
  • If the return is for other reasons (e.g., change of mind), we will not cover return shipping fees. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs in these cases.

Note: We do not accept freight collect shipments.

 

6. Refund

  • If the item is returned in brand-new condition with all packaging intact, and the return is due to a quality issue, we will refund both the product cost and the return shipping fees.
  • Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.
  • If you do not see the refund after 7 business days, please contact us at www.homfurnia.com with your order number and payment details. We will respond within 24 hours.
