Words can't express how much my bf and I love this bed/sofa.
We used to have a full-size mattress + platform bed frame and had a terrible experience sleeping for 6 years. We were too afraid to commit another hundred dollars to only to find another awful one so we kept it.
The space in our room between the wall and the bookshelf was fitted to a full-size, so anything over 54" is ruled out. Luckily this is *exactly* meant for that. We have 1 inch of clearance between the bookshelf in bed mode, and enough to fit a stool in between in sofa mode.
Our first night with it was amazing, it's so firm and comfy in BOTH sofa & bed modes. My bf slept on the side w/ the crevice but said he didn't feel it.
I bought this for the novelty, how cute it is, + to hopefully regain space where we couldn't walk/use the bottom bookshelf, but it blew my expectations out of the water.
The versatility of it is incredible, and you won't have to spend time changing out fitted bed sheets over all 4 corners - just plop a flat sheet on.
Do note, it is huge - I measured it before purchase but it was visually bigger than I imagined. It's easily solved if you toss a few throw blankets & pillows on.

I love it!!!! The function is awesome!! The fact you dont have to detach anything or worry about it falling apart is absolutely worth every dollar!! I love how high it sits off the ground, I do have an area rug underneath but I like that it doesn't slide around all over the place!! It is very firm so if you don't like that probably not your best option. Its big enough to sleep 2 people comfortably. Overall a great purchase!!
